Sydney Towle‘s family is spreading the love.
One day after sharing that the influencer had died at 26 following a yearslong battle with a rare bile duct cancer, her brother Austin Towle and mom Elizabeth Marrow reflected on her strength throughout her health journey.
“Hi everybody, we just wanted to let you know that Syd went peacefully last night after an almost three-year-long battle with cholangiocarcinoma,” Austin began in the Aug. 6 TikTok video alongside their mom. “She fought really hard, and we’re so proud of her. We thank all of you for your support over the years.”
Elizabeth also shared insight into the legacy her daughter—who documented treatments she underwent throughout her cancer journey on TikTok—leaves behind.
“We love you and thank you for all of your kind messages of support and love,” she added. “We really appreciate it and she will not be forgotten.”
