Josh Dun is sharing how wife Debby Ryan is doing six months post-partum.
The 37-year-old Twenty One Pilots musician and the 33-year-old actress welcomed their first child together, daughter Felix, in December 2025.
While attending the 2026 American Music Awards this week, Josh marveled over Debby‘s home birth and praised his wife of seven years.
“My wife is awesome,” he told E! News. “She gave birth in our bedroom. And we have a five-and-a-half-month-old who’s also great. She flew out here yesterday and did great. It’s a lot of fun.”
“I think, for me, I understood what women go through to give birth, and it’s intense,” he added about the home birth. “A lot more respect for all moms out there. I will say that it’s no joke.”
“It’s amazing, it’s magical and awesome watching life come into the world,” Josh continued.
The musician also opened up about watching his daughter grow over the past several months.
“So, I just had a dog, and dogs are great, but I think having a little human and watching her brain start to like develop and become more aware and aware of me is just a feeling that I’ve never had before,” he shared. “It’s unbelievable.”
Josh added that Debby is “crushing it” as a mom!
Earlier this year, Debby reunited with her Jessie co-stars while in New York City.
