The 2026 Tony Award nominations are in!
If you are not aware, the Tony Awards are annual honors recognizing excellence in live Broadway theatre, including acting, directing, writing, and design. Presented by the American Theatre Wing and The Broadway League, they are considered the highest achievement in American stage performance.
This year, so many great works were up for nominations. This year, both Schmigadoon! and The Lost Boys received the most nominations with 12 each.
We have the full list of nominations here. You may be surprised that Lea Michele‘s performance in the hit musical Chess was overlooked, as well as Keanu Reeves‘ turn in Waiting for Godot.
There are several bigger name celebrities who were recognized this year, including Daniel Radcliffe and Rose Byrne.
Pink will hot the show this year, set to take place on June 7.
