“After we finished Pirates, Jerry sent me a very expensive bottle of champagne with a note that said, ‘To toast when it passes the billion-dollar mark.’ I framed the note,” Orlando shared via Variety.

“The champagne, of course, well, that didn’t wait the night. I’ve always loved that story because it says so much about Jerry,” the actor continued. “He believed. He knew long before the rest of us did. That’s because, in addition to being passionate and brilliant, Jerry, you simply do not miss.”

Earlier in the day, Jerry cemented his handprints as each Disney Legend does.

That day, the legendary filmmaker and producer revealed that there have been conversations with Johnny Depp to return as Jack Sparrow for a sixth movie!

Last year, Orlando also shared if he would ever return for another Pirates movie.
