Nick Jonas keeps it comfy while leaving a hotel on Thursday (April 23) in New York City.
The 33-year-old actor and musician stepped out in a jacket over a hoodie, a ball cap, green track pants and a pair of checkered Vans sneakers as he made his way to an awaiting SUV.
That same day, the Jonas Brothers singer’s upcoming movie Power Ballad dropped a new trailer ahead of it’s May release.

Here’s the synopsis: When Rick (Paul Rudd), a past-his-prime wedding singer, meets fading boy-band star Danny (Jonas) during a gig, the two bond over music and a late-night jam session. But when Danny turns one of Rick’s songs into the hit that reignites his career, Rick sets out to reclaim the recognition he believes he deserves – even if it means risking everything he cares about.
Also starring in the film are Peter McDonald, Marcella Plunkett, Havana Rose Liu, and Jack Reynor, and it’s set to debut in theaters on May 29th, with John Carney directing and co-writing with Peter.
In addition, Nick was just recently filming another holiday horror film, and he just announced some new live shows!
On Wednesday (April 22), Nick announced six upcoming shows, A Night With Nick, which will see him perform across the East Coast in places like Maryland, Niagara Falls, North Carolina, Georgia and New Jersey.
“I’ve been wanting to do a run like this for a while. Something that feels a little closer, playing through different releases from over the years. A few of my favorites, a lot of your favorites and sharing the stories behind them as we go,” he wrote on Instagram.
Tickets are now on presale at NickJonas.com and general on sale begins Friday (April 24) at 10am ET.
In addition, it was recently announced Nick will be starring in an untitled rom-com for Netflix.
Per Deadline, the movie “follows a perennial bachelor whose carefree life is upended when he unexpectedly inherits his cousin’s infant child. Just as he gets a grip on life as a dad, complications arise when the child’s godmother appears around the holidays to claim custody of her. What ensues is a love story neither saw coming.”
Ari Sandel is directing and Tamara Chestna penned the script. Nick is also producing.
