A car flipped onto its roof early on Monday morning, closing a strip of the Gateway Motorway.
Police said multiple lanes were blocked when the car ended up upside-down.
Southbound lanes of the road were closed at Eagle Farm along the on-ramp.
Paramedics were called to the scene but no serious injuries were reported.
Significant delays were reported, but police said traffic was moving again just before 8am.
