Mariska Hargitay isn’t a regular mom, she’s a cool mom.
The “Law & Order: SVU” actress went to the star-studded New York Knicks parade on Thursday with her 19-year-old son August, who wore an epic orange and blue “Marknicksa Hargitay” shirt as a shoutout to his famous mom and the basketball team.
Hargitay, for her part, wore a matching shirt that said, “Brilliant Thing #11 The Knicks,” along with a orange pants and white pointed pumps.
The 62-year-old’s top referenced her Broadway show “Every Brilliant Thing” and Knicks MVP and her BFF Jalen Brunson’s jersey number.
Hargitay and August ended up on Brunson’s float with his family during the parade in downtown Manhattan, as seen in social media videos.
The Emmy Award winner shares August and two adopted children, Amaya, 15, and Andrew, 14, with husband Peter Hermann.
Hargitay, a diehard Knicks fan, took August to Game 3 of the NBA Finals on June 8 at Madison Square Garden. They had courtside seats next to her “SVU” co-star Christopher Meloni.
For that game, Harigtay rocked a Knicks jersey over a long-sleeve white shirt, along with white eyelet pants and tennis shoes.
Before the San Antonio Spurs beat the Knicks 115 to 111, Hargitay and Meloni, 65, were spotted hugging on the Jumbotron.
Two days later, Hargitay went to Game 4 at MSG and sat courtside with Taylor Swift and Alana and Este Haim.
Hargitay changed mid-game to match Swift’s “Stevie Knicks” shirt and was seen celebrating with the pop star when the Knicks narrowly beat the Spurs 107-106.
She called the thrilling comeback win the “greatest night of my life” — even better than her wedding to Hermann, 58.
Hargitay didn’t attend Game 5 in San Antonio on Saturday where the Knicks clutched the NBA Finals 2026 championship, but she did celebrate by posting a throwback photo of 29-year-old Brunson as a kid, repping a Knicks shirt and holding a basketball.
“You lead the way for so many. Congratulations to you all and deepest thanks,” Hargitay wrote in her tribute to Brunson.
After the historic game, the basketball legend joked in an interview that his next move is to “try to get on ‘SVU.’”
