A few more details about Milania Giudice‘s arrest have been made public.
If you don’t know, the 20-year-old daughter of Real Housewives of New Jersey reality TV star Teresa Giudice was arrested for simple assault last month. It was later said that she was throwing candles and food.
Now, a judge has revealed more details. She actually appeared in court today (July 14), virtually, where she sat alongside her attorney Alan Kraminsky.
In the hearing, the judge alleged, via Page Six, that she “did knowingly cause bodily injury to another, specifically by striking the victim, LR, in the head with her fist, causing redness to the middle of the victim’s forehead, during a domestic dispute … a disorderly person’s offense.” The alleged victim, LR, has not been identified.
The judge instructed her to return to court for a hearing in August and advised that, if convicted, she could face penalties including up to six months behind bars, probation, and fines exceeding $500.
Milania recently broke her silence on her arrest, and clarified if that viral mugshot that is circulating online is real or fake.
