‘House of the Dragon’ Season 3, Episode 2 Stills Tease the Impact of [Spoiler]’s Death & the Aftermath of the Battle of the Gullet: See All 23 Photos – Just Jared – Celebrity News and Gossip

HBO Max has released 23 stills from season three, episode 2 of House of the Dragon.

The premiere episode debuted this past Sunday – and it was a hard watch.

If you didn’t watch yet, there will be spoilers ahead!

The episode saw the death of Jacaerys Velaryon in the famed Battle of the Gullet. He was not the only casualty, and you can see all of the biggest deaths from the episode here.

Fans are expecting to see season 3, episode 2 have Rhaenyra Targaryen, Jace’s mother, finding out about his tragic end. Jace locked his mother in a room to prevent her from helping, before meeting his death.

There is only one still featuring Rhaenyra. Interestingly, there are no stills featuring Corlys Velaryon, whose fate was up in the air at the end of the episode.

There is also a still of Rhaena Targaryen, who was riding Sheepstealer during the battle. Of course, many are blaming her for the events of what went down, as Sheepstealer was not trained.

Season 3, Episode 2 of House of the Dragon will debut at 9pm ET on Sunday evening (June 28). Be sure to tune in to HBO Max.
