Anneliese van der Pol and her husband, Johnno Wilson, are expecting their second child together!
The 41-year-old actress and the actor, who met on the set of Disney Channel’s Raven’s Home, have announced they are adding to their family.
“WE’RE HAVING ANOTHER BABY GIRL!!! Who says you can’t have it all?? We are SO happy, and thanks to @babylist we know this one will be a breeze too!” Anneliese captioned a set of photos on Instagram.
She also opened up about their new addition in a new interview.
“I’m the happiest I’ve ever been!” she told People. “Johnno just finished shooting a new TV show for Netflix, and now I’m back on stage in New York performing in Heathers. The only thing that is adding to our excitement is that we are welcoming our second baby girl in December!”
“We can’t wait to get to experience this incredible city with our new baby and our one-year-old angel girl!” she added.
The exciting news comes just over a week after Anneliese was in attendance at Disney’s D23 Expo, where she showed off her baby bump.
On Sunday (August 16), Anneliese joined a few other Disney on Broadway actresses to perform a tribute for Susan Egan, who originated the role of Belle in Beauty and the Beast on Broadway, as she was inducted as a Disney Legend.
Anneliese, Ashley Brown, Ann Sanders, and Kyra Belle Johnson have all also played Belle on the Great White Way and on tour.
At D23, Anneliese wore a figure-hugging dress and even cradled her bump on stage and while posing backstage.
Just last year, Anneliese and Johnno welcomed their first, another baby girl, in December.
The couple played exes on Raven’s Home, but their chemistry blossomed off-screen. They got engaged in December 2023 and were married a year later. Looks like December is a big month for their family!
Starting September 9th, Anneliese will return to the New York stage, where she’s playing Ms Fleming and Veronica’s mom in Heathers: The Musical on Off-Broadway. She will take over the roles from Jeannette Bayardelle, who is currently performing through September 6th.
Another former Disney star is also joining the Heathers cast the same day as Anneliese. Descendants: The Rise of Red‘s Morgan Dudley will take on the role of Heather Duke!
