Keltie Knight didn’t plan on telling anyone about her facelift.
The E! host and “LadyGang” co-creator, 44, penned a candid essay for Glamour detailing her decision to go under the knife at 41 — and the Hollywood beauty pressures that led her there.
Knight described years of escalating self-scrutiny, crash diets and medi-spa procedures fueled by standing next to “the most gorgeous people on the planet” as an on-camera entertainment reporter.
She got a minimally invasive neck lift at 35 with Los Angeles plastic surgeon Dr. Jason Diamond, who told her it would last about five years. By the time she was hosting and producing CBS’s “Superfan” in 2023, her glam team was “basically tucking [her] loose skin into turtlenecks” on set.
So she booked a full facelift — but the decision didn’t come easy.
“I felt shame about actually going through with it,” she wrote. “I know younger women are getting facelifts and proudly own their decision, but I was 41.”
The procedure was supposed to take three to four hours but stretched to nearly nine after Diamond found extensive scar tissue from years of fillers, threads and microneedling beneath her skin.
Diamond — whose A-list client roster includes the Kardashian-Jenners, Chrissy Teigen and Nikki Glaser — has said he prides himself on invisible results.
“I work on the most recognizable faces in the world, and my job is to make them look better, or ageless, while not making it obvious what they’ve done,” he told Page Six Style in 2023.
Knight was back on camera within two weeks, and raved about his handiwork.
“It was like couture. A couture facelift,” she wrote.
The three-time Emmy winner further revealed she lied about her weight to score a GLP-1 prescription. “You’re not going to leave me behind on a trend!” she wrote, adding that she lost about seven or eight pounds on the drug.
She’s not the first E! alum to go public about cosmetic surgery; former host Catt Sadler detailed her own facelift, neck lift and eye lift at 48 in a 2023 Glamour essay.
Knight said she finally spilled her secret at Rachel Zoe’s disco birthday party — filmed for “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” — after cast member Dorit Kemsley told her she was “aging backward.”
“I thought, You know what? Just own it,” she wrote. “What if it’s good to admit you got a f–king facelift at 41? What if that actually is freeing?”
Knight’s upcoming book, “The F–k Them Theory,” is due out Nov. 17.
