Taylor Frankie Paul has filed for a temporary restraining order against Dakota Mortensen, accusing her ex of assault, harassment and stalking.
In the petition — which the “Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” star filed in Salt Lake City, Utah, on Tuesday — she alleged that Mortensen assaulted her in her home, which “left noticeable bruising on various parts of her body, on March 2025.
On Feb. 23, 2026, Paul alleged that Mortensen “assaulted [her] by slamming her head against the dashboard of his truck and striking her knee and elbow.”
Paul went on to cite two other instances of alleged domestic violence.
