The 26-year-old actress and the 28-year-old actor were in front of the American Love Story cameras on the street in New York City on Tuesday (September 2).
If you don’t know, the real-life couple, who passed away in a plane crash in 1999 when she was 33 and he was 38, were often followed by paparazzi. On the morning of February 25, 1996, they got into a heated fight that was caught on video in NYC’s Washington Square Park. Things seemed to get physical, and ended with him sitting on the sidewalk with their dog. She ended up leaving, but they met up and consoled one another. These outfits from set, as well as the staging, seem to indicate that they filmed this scene today. The series is set to debut in February.
