A possible suspect might have been identified in the Nancy Guthrie case, and a photo could become available as early as today.

Specifically, NBC News is reporting that officials are “expected to release a surveillance photo showing a potential subject.” The photo might be revealed as “soon as this afternoon.”

This new update comes on the heels of Savannah telling her Instagram followers in a new video that “We are at an hour of desperation, and we need your help.”

There has been a lot of talk about ransom notes, and it’s unclear if the ransom notes are real or if any ransom has been paid by Savannah and her siblings.
