True Thompson knows an apple a day keeps the doctor away.
Khloe Kardashian recently shared a glimpse of her 7-year-old’s prowess in the kitchen, which included a step-by-step tutorial of putting together her favorite late night snack, which is a unique take on sliced apples.
As True declared in the April 7 video shared to Khloe’s YouTube channel, “My green apples are so good.”
And though True was leading the charge, Khloe—also mom to Tatum Thompson, 3, with ex Tristan Thompson—served as her sous chef and “cameragirl.”
“My mommy’s 41,” True continued, “and she’s going to be filming the whole entire time.”
Using a mix of red and green varieties, Khloe used an apple wedger to help her daughter get started. From there, True took control of the reins, dicing the fruits into smaller pieces, dousing them with sparkling water, and sprinkling them with salt.
After finishing her apple bath, True did a taste test, saying, “Good! That’s better.”
