The footage from Justin Timberlake‘s 2024 DWI arrest has been released.
The 45-year-old pop star was arrested for driving while intoxicated after a night out in Sag Harbor, New York in June 2024. He’d been at the American Hotel and restaurant in Long Island and was in the car with designer Estee Stanley and her husband Bryan Furst, per People.

Earlier this month, Justin filed a lawsuit to try and prevent the footage from being released, but the footage was shared on Friday (March 20), first by TMZ.
In the video, he tells the police who pulled him over that he was following his friends to his house.
He tells the reporting officer that he was using a rental car for a few days and when asked if he was visiting, Justin replied, “Yeah, I’m on tour. I’m on a world tour.”
The cop then asks him to clarify his meaning and he says, “It’s hard to explain, um, I’m Justin Timberlake.”
The “Mirrors” singer is then asked to perform some field sobriety tests and is heard saying, “These are, like, hard tests.”
The officer asks Estee if she has a way to get home because they were planning to arrest Justin.
When she asks why, the officer says, “He was driving drunk. He failed every single test.” He informs her that he’ll be at the Sag Harbor police station until the judge can see him the following morning.
“Can you guys please just do me a favor because you loved ‘Bye Bye Bye’ or ‘Sexyback?’ Do me one favor,” Estee asks the police amid her shock.
As for why the footage was released now, it’s because Justin reached a settlement with the police department and officials allowing for a redacted version of the footage to be released.
According to the documents obtained by People, he “agreed to the public release of a version of the footage that ‘does not constitute an unwarranted invasion of personal privacy.’”
