Justin Baldoni is spending another day in court.
The 42-year-old It Ends With Us actor and director held hands with wife Emily as they arrived at a courthouse on Thursday (February 12) in New York City.
Justin had to appear for a court-mandatory settlement conference tied to his ongoing litigation against his former publicist, Stephanie Jones.

Then in March 2025, Justin and his publicist Jennifer Abel filed their own lawsuit against Stephanie, claiming that she was the one that “initiated” the legal drama by leaking texts to Blake Lively‘s team.
Blake, 38, is not a party to this lawsuit and did not attend the hearing.
The day before, Justin and Blake appeared face-to-face in court for the first time since their legal drama began in an attempt to reach a settlement. Following their court-ordered conference, Justin‘s lawyer revealed that the settlement talk was “unsuccessful” and that they will most likely be heading to trial.
