Brooks Nader is opening up about the cosmetic work she’s had done.
While stepping out for the Clarins Night of Extra at The Academy Museum of Motion Pictures on Friday night (March 20) in Los Angeles, the 29-year-old Baywatch actress, reality star, and Sports Illustrated model revealed the cosmetic procedure she’ll “forever regret” having done.
Keep reading to find out more…“I probably shouldn’t say this, but I’m just going to say it,” Brooks said to People. “I had liposuction years ago, and I forever regret it because I just didn’t need it.”
“I feel like it created dimples and ripples and things,” she explained.
Liposuction is a type of surgery that “uses suction to remove fat from specific areas of the body, such as the stomach, hips, thighs, buttocks, arms or neck,” according to the Mayo Clinic.
“We just got to do less with all that and be healthy,” Brooks added.
This isn’t the first time Brooks has opened up about the cosmetic work she’s had done. In an interview from November 2025, she revealed that she’s has veneers, gets injectables like Botox, has had a nose job, and used a GLP-1 to lose wright.
In December, Brooks showed off the results after getting her lip fillers dissolved.
