The Backstreet Boys want to be the next Super Bowl headliners!
The boy band not only starred in a T-Mobile commercial this year, but their song “Everybody (Backstreet’s Back)” soundtracked one the night’s more memorable commercials as well. But now, they want to be on stage!

The group just performed their latest residency show on Wednesday night (February 11) at the Sphere in Las Vegas.
Bandmate AJ McLean then spoke to the crowd.
“What do you guys think? Backstreet Boys…2027…Super Bowl halftime?” he said, as the crowd exploded.
“Let’s make it happen then. I mean, you know…why not? It’s in LA, right down the street…let’s go!”
TMZ, which shared the footage from the concert, reports that the NFL tried to make it happen in 2001, but they declined and chose to sing the National Anthem instead.
