It has been a very special week for Big Brother, celebrating the show’s 1,000th episode, but there also was an eviction and we have all the spoilers.
During the Thursday, August 27, episode, filmed live on the CBS lot in Los Angeles, Julie Chen Moonves hosted the live BB Blockbuster competition and then the live vote.
Big Brother airs three episodes every week, as well as a new episode of recap show Big Brother Unlocked every other week.
Dee was the Head of Household this week
Dee Valladares, the 29-year-old former winner of Survivor, won this week’s Head of Household competition.
The three nominees this week were Taylor, LaTrice, and Drew.
LaTrice won the veto and chose to take herself off the block, so the HOH had to put up another person in her place. Mallory was nominated instead.
Drew won the BB Blockbuster competition
Each Thursday night, there is a BB Blockbuster competition before the eviction. The three final nominees compete against each other for a chance to be saved.
Drew won and was taken off the nomination block, leaving the final two nominees as Taylor and Mallory.
Mallory was evicted from the house
By a vote of 6-2, Mallory was evicted from the house this week.
The only people who voted to evict Taylor were Barrett and Melody.
CBS has confirmed when the Big Brother finale will air this year.
