Connor Storrie has become synonymous with his curly hair, but it’s all gone now!
The 26-year-old actor is starting work on the upcoming, highly anticipated second season of Heated Rivalry, and there were rumors that he got a buzzcut last week.
On Sunday (August 23), a new photo surfaced of Connor out to eat with co-star Christina Chang, who recently got married, and his haircut was confirmed!
According to a Connor updates account, which shared the photo on their X/Twitter account, the photo was taken that day around noon in Toronto.
Following the confirmation that he cut off all of his curly hair, fans flocked to social media to mourn the loss of his locks and question what this means for his character, Ilya Rozanov.
Connor Storrie previously said he wanted to shave his head
While promoting Heated Rivalry season one in December 2025, Connor said he was ready to cut all of his hair off.
“I’m ready to cut this stuff off if y’all want me to be completely honest,” he replied to a fan tweet about his curly hair routine in a Teen Vogue video. “I’m ready to shave my head. I don’t know who’s out there, but someone hire me and give me a crazy haircut.”
In a “Get Ready With Me” video for Vogue in January, Connor also teased cutting his hair.
“Just wait until we do something, and until we cut it all off,” he says in the clip while his groomer, Kerrie Urban, tousles his hair. “I want to.”
The last time Connor had shorter hair was while filming his upcoming movie, April X, back in 2024. If you missed it, a new trailer was recently unveiled after the movie received a September release date. Check it out!
Just a couple of weeks ago, Connor‘s hair was still longer as he was photographed out on multiple outings with Hudson Williams in Toronto before filming began.
What else does Connor Storrie have coming out?
In addition to Heated Rivalry season two, Connor is seemingly starring in a new movie with Billie Eilish, The Bell Jar, and he also has a movie in the works with another singer, Gracie Abrams.
The actor has been keeping busy, as he has already filmed two other movies this year, the A24 comedy Peaked and the thriller Turpentine with Melissa McCarthy!
