Chris Evans is speaking out about being a dad!
The 45-year-old Avengers: Doomsday actor made an appearance at the 2026 Boston FanExpo, where he spoke out about his priorities and fatherhood.
“I have a daughter now,” he explained in a clip during a panel.
“You need a really good reason to walk into work. So priorities have shifted.”
If you didn’t know, Chris and wife Alba Baptista welcomed their first child, a daughter named Alma Grace Baptista Evans, last October.
“They’re enjoying their privacy and these special first few days as a family with their baby,” an insider revealed at the time.
Alba and Chris married in September 2023 in a private ceremony that took place in Massachusetts at their Boston-area home.
The ceremony was reportedly “locked down tight,” and guests signed NDAs and phones were forfeited. The guest list also allegedly included at least three of some of the actor’s Marvel Cinematic Universe co-stars. Find out who was reportedly in attendance.
The Warrior Nun alum attended the 2026 Oscars with the Marvel star in March, their first public event since welcoming their baby. She also went to the Vanity Fair Oscar Party with him afterward.
