Himesh Patel might not be one of the most famous faces in The Odyssey, but he has a huge role in the film and you’ve likely seen him in other projects before!

The 35-year-old English actor plays Odysseus’ second-in-command Eurylochus in the new Christopher Nolan movie.

EastEnders (2007 to 2016)

Himesh made his professional debut starring in the British soap opera series EastEnders as Tamwar Masood. He appeared in more than 500 episodes of the show!

Yesterday (2019)

Himesh‘s breakout role was in the 2019 rom-com Yesterday, in which he played a struggling singer-songwriter who becomes the only person to remember The Beatles after a global power failure causes everyone in the world to forget the group. He becomes famous for performing the band’s songs, passing them off as his own.

The Aeronauts (2019)

Himesh had a lead role in the Prime Video movie The Aeronauts.

Himesh played the boyfriend of Jennifer Lawrence‘s character in the Netflix movie Don’t Look Up.

Station Eleven (2021-2022)

Himesh led the cast of the post-apocalyptic series Station Eleven, which aired for one season on HBO Max. He earned an Emmy nomination for his performance as Jeevan Chaudhary.

Good Grief (2023)

Himesh appeared in the Netflix movie Good Grief.
