Donald Trump is apparently planning to attend a New York Knicks NBA finals game next week.
According to sources at the New York Post, a walk-through was done at Madison Square Garden in anticipation of the 79-year-old POTUS’ decision to watch the game.
It is said he’s going to attend the June 8 game, which will take place at the famed venue. The Knicks won game 1 of the series against the San Antonio Spurs, and will play game 2 on Friday (June 5).
Game 3 – the game Trump is apparently planning to attend – is on Monday (June 8).
NYC Mayor Zohran Mamdani is also planning to attend the June 8 game.
The Post clarified that they will not be sitting together.
Trump and Mamdani have met.
The pair had a meeting at the White House, and Mamdani confirmed how he views the President afterwards.
Plans could always change, but as of right now, if you tune in to watch the Knicks vs. Spurs game, you may see Mamdani and Trump.
