Drake Von, born Dawson Bacon, is facing some serious charges.
The 23-year-old gay adult film star was arrested in Las Vegas following an alleged altercation with his partner.
Drake was arrested Tuesday (June 2) and charged with two felonies: “domestic battery by strangulation and coercion constituting domestic violence with threat or use of physical force,” TMZ reports, as well as being charged with misdemeanor domestic battery.
Police say he attempted to strange his partner in their Las Vegas home. He’s reportedly being held on $25,246 bond.
Along with his adult content, he and his identical twin brother Silas Brooks also started their own OnlyFans account, known as “The Baconator Twins.”
He just recently co-hosted the 2026 GayVN Awards, held at The Theater at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas on January 22. He won the year before for Hottest All-Male Creator Collab and Favorite Twink.
In April, he sat down for an interview with the Love Don’t Judge with Mark LAX, a 42-year-old OnlyFans creator, where he seemingly confirmed a romance despite their 20-year age gap.
“A lot of people think we’re faking this,” Drake said of their apparent romance.
“I never thought I could be in a serious relationship with a man, I always thought I was attracted to women. In high school I had many girlfriends, that was what I was just kind of into until I met Mark. I was a little curious but Mark really got me out of my shell.”
It’s still unclear if the partnership is real, and if this is the partner that was involved in the domestic dispute.
