It has been over seven years since Sara Bareilles‘ last musical era and now she’s getting ready to drop new music again.
The Grammy-winning singer took to social media and her website to announce that an announcement is coming soon.
“Hi everybody. Something’s coming soon. This is your boiler plate teaser video. I’m finally, after many years, making art again. Music, specifically, heard of it? Making music, making records, taking pictures about it, making videos, going on tour, all kinds of things are happening and something big is coming soon. One of the things is big and I’m getting off point, but you get it. Stay tuned!”
Sara dropped the below video on her website. Fans are able to unlock it after signing up for her newsletter.
Sara‘s most recent album, Amidst the Chaos, was released in April 2019 and featured songs like “Fire,” “No Such Thing,” and “Armor.”
Sara won her first Grammy Award in 2020 for the song “Saint Honesty,” which picked up the award for Best American Roots Performance.
While she hasn’t done an official tour in years, Sara did perform several shows in 2024 as part of her performances with symphonies, including concerts at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles and the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C.
