Taylor Swift is getting no love from the American Music Awards for a second year in a row.
Despite being nominated in eight categories, the 36-year-old “Style” superstar didn’t take home any awards after the 2026 American Music Awards aired on Monday (May 25).
This is the second year that’s happened now: she was nominated six times at the 2025 ceremony, and didn’t take home the win for any of those nominations either.
Not that she’s exactly hurting for AMAs: Taylor Swift holds the record for the most AMA wins in history with 40 to her name, beating out the second place winner, Michael Jackson, by a significant margin. (He won 24.)
Check out the complete winners list from the ceremony.
Before the ceremony, it was already revealed that she wouldn’t be in attendance.
People reported that the 36-year-old “The Fate of Ophelia” singer would be skipping the event.
Taylor has been keeping busy in New York City recently, seemingly planning her upcoming wedding.
She and fiancé Travis Kelce had the best time at the Knicks vs. Cavaliers game just a few days prior.
The engaged couple stepped out on Saturday night (May 23) to support the Cavs at game three of the semi-finals at the Rocket Arena in Cleveland, Ohio. See the best moments of Taylor and Travis at the game!
