Kelly Rutherford is addressing former Gossip Girl co-star Blake Lively‘s legal drama.
For over a year and a half now, Blake, 38, has been in a nasty legal battle with her It Ends With Us co-star/director Justin Baldoni. Things took a dramatic turn last week when a judge tossed out 10 out of 13 claims Blake made against Justin, 42, including her sexual harassment claim.
While promoting her new Veronique Gabai fragrance, Rose Première by Kelly Rutherford, in a new interview, Kelly, 57, was asked about Blake‘s case.

“I know it’s in the news,” she continued. “I just don’t know that much about it, you know.”
If you forgot, Kelly played Lily, the mother of Blake‘s character Serena Van Der Woodsen in Gossip Girl, which ran on The CW for six seasons from 2007 until December 2012.
Also in the interview, Kelly said that she’s stayed in touch with a few of her Gossip Girl co-stars over the years, including Ed Westwick and Taylor Momsen, but noted that “everyone’s been busy.”
“Everyone’s traveling or working or with their kids, so I think a lot of it is just that. Taylor Momsen, I keep in touch with here and there,” Kelly said. “It’s so great. I’m so happy it worked out that way. And it’s happy. I mean, I’ve watched them grow up in a way too, to get married and have kids. It’s beautiful to watch them all grow up.”
If you didn’t see, Blake spoke out following her big loss in court.
