The official title for the upcoming fourth installment of Sonic the Hedgehog has just been revealed!
Sonic the Hedgehog 4 will hit theaters exactly one year from now, on March 19, 2027, and there are several new and returning stars joining the fun.
“The countdown to chaos has begun,” Paramount Pictures teased.
Jeff Fowler will once again return to direct, as he has the last three movies.
While a synopsis has yet to be revealed, in the third movie, Sonic, Knuckles, and Tails reunite against a powerful new adversary, Shadow, a mysterious villain with powers unlike anything they have faced before. With their abilities outmatched in every way, Team Sonic must seek out an unlikely alliance in hopes of stopping Shadow and protecting the planet.
