Samara Weaving couldn’t make it to the Ready or Not 2: Here I Come, but her co-stars weren’t going to let the night go without giving her a proper shoutout.
Kathryn Newton, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Elijah Wood, and Shawn Hatosy posed with a cutout of Samara‘s face propped up on a wooden stick so she could still be present in photos at the SXSW 2026 premiere in Austin, Texas on Friday (March 13).
Other notable guests in attendance include cast members Maia Jae, Olivia Cheng, Nadeem Umar-Khitab, Masa Lizdek, and more, plus directors Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett.
