Zachery Ty Bryan is going to jail.
The 44-year-old Home Improvement actor pled guilty on Monday (February 24) to a felony DUI charge following an arrest in 2024, in which he was charged with driving under the influence with a blood alcohol content of .08 or higher.

He pleaded not guilty to another DUI felony charge and a misdemeanor property damage charge, which were both dismissed, per court records obtained by EW.
Zachery was sentenced to 16 months in county jail.
Zachery has been arrested multiple times since retiring from acting in 2009.
He was most recently arrested in November due to a probation violation following his domestic violence conviction, as was his fiancée Johnnie Faye Cartwright. She reportedly tried to run him over with their kids in the car.
